Bet365 Casino Test

Honesty & Reputation

(27 out of 30)

Is there a bigger name in the online gambling industry than Bet365? With millions of players across the globe playing with them and with a virtually spotless complaints record we just cannot argue against them getting top marks for reputation.

The only blemish against their record is on the affiliate side of things. Now a lot of casino portals are unhappy with the “negative carry over” placed on their affiliate accounts which is a reason they are marked down on some portals. This isn’t an issue for us as it is a fairly standard and reasonable rule. What we do take into account is their retroactively changing rules on existing affiliate accounts which basically amounts to a breach of contract on the part of the casino. For this reason we have to dock Bet365 of 3 points.

Payout Speed

(7 out of 10)

This score is based on verified casino accounts as the verification process itself is covered in the above criteria. We will take into account payments to eWallets as the guide as these are by default the quickest methods of payment. We are also taking the general payment times into account as times can vary between on-peak and off-peak times.

Payment within 24 hours = 7 points

Bet365 offers very fast pay outs, for eWallets they promise within 24 hours even on weekends though the average payout time is actually far less than this.

Customer Service

(9 out of 10)

5 points are on offer straight off the bat for having live help available.

4 points for excellent customer service. It could have been the full 5 points however we have experienced confusion among some customer service agents with regards to problem gambling. As this is a vital component of any casino we have to knock a point off. We do understand that Bet365 has over a thousand employees and it can be tricky to get everyone up to speed on every aspect of the job, but with something this important they should have trained specialists on hand to help out.

Bonus Terms

(8.5 out of 10)

5 points are up for grabs for casinos providing a cashable bonus.

Wagering requirements is 30 x deposit + bonus within 30 days. We cannot find any mention of a maximum bet size listed.

Greg’s Verdict:

Bet365 are a huge name. The biggest in the entire online gambling industry? Well they are certainly up there with the biggest. What I like about them is that are concentrating on one single brand and trying to make that the very best. Whereas most companies have 2, 3, 10, 50 different brands, Bet365 have one brand and that’s it.

Bet365 offers virtually everything a gambler could dream of and for fans of casino games there’s so much on offer they have had to package them into three different sections, Games, Vegas and Casino. Top dollar all the way. Their rating has taken a little bit of a hit mainly for using Gibraltar as their only regulator (Bet365 are also based in Gibraltar) whereas they could very easily have also added a UKGC license.
